The Chief Workshop Manager (CWM) acts as the business owner and has ultimate responsibility for all operations of the store. The Chief Workshop Manager is accountable for effectively teaching, training and coaching a high performing team that achieves sales goals, meets BABW brand standards and delivers operational excellence. The Chief Workshop Manager uses good judgment to make decisions within the company’s guidelines and partners with his/her Area/District Manager when appropriate. All associates in the store report directly to the CWM.

Sales Assistants are fun, genuine, and team oriented individuals who contribute to store sales and Guest satisfaction goals by providing individual and groups of Guests a unique and memorable "WOW" experience. Providing this experience includes, but is not limited to, assisting with choosing, stuffing, dressing, naming, and purchasing their new furry friends, while maintaining store visual and housekeeping standards.
